Ready-to-melt, shredding cheese. Our pasteurized processed American cheese loaf is ideal for demanding holding situations and perfectly suited for warming tables and long-term cooking. Maintains consistency in quesos, sauces, macaroni and cheese, and other casseroles, as well as other Mexican dishes. Replaces Land O’Lakes Extra Melt®, and Schreiber LaFerria™.

Queso Suave

This pasteurized processed cheese loaf melts quickly without needing to shred resulting in a rich, velvety-smooth spread with a mild flavor. Ideal for warming tables and long-term cooking. Maintains consistency and is perfect in Mexican queso dips and melts readily into casseroles. Replaces Land O’Lakes Golden Velvet™, Kraft Velveeta™ and Schreiber LaFerria™.
